Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

Prevailing Photography retains copyright to all images created. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

Delivery and Turnaround

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks for standard sessions, 4-6 weeks for events. Rush delivery available for additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
